"Stayed at the Rydges Formosa for 2 nights in the 2 bedroom villa which is actually just 2 interconnecting rooms so no actual separate lounge room. The accommodation itself is a bit tired and the rest of the offering isn’t particularly centred around resort guests, eg., I had to call reception 4 times before I got a hold of someone to come and unlock the door between our rooms to make it into the ‘2 bedroom villa’. "What an absolute gem! Awesome room, very roomy and well kept. Service has blown away every hotel I have ever stayed in, including any 5 star hotels I have stayed in, including the Ritz Carlton. Well done. Room service, restaurant all great. Highlight was the staff though. Sooo helpful and friendly, especially loved discussing rugby and American football w Issac. Go Bills! Go Vikings!"
