"The condo appears to have been recently remodeled and the furniture appears new and very clean. It had everything we needed for a four night stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived. It has tv's in the living room and the bedroom. A couple of things to mention, the unit is not accessed directly from the parking lot, it is on the back side of the building and the laundry equipment is not in the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sedona."

"Everything was very nice. Especially enjoyed the private back patio. The only negative was that we arrived in Sedona early (12:30) and we went to the property to see if we could drop off our 2 suitcases until check-in. We told her it’s only clothes and shoes. Nothing valuable is in them. She said we could not leave them there. So we had to trek around the city rolling our suitcases behind us all day until check in. "

"Unfortunately weather kept us from using the property. Heater was underwhelming. It never fully functioned despite a visit from maintenance who told us that it had to be on ‘auto’ to work. The output never changed despite his insistence. Property was as advertised and in better weather the heater would likely not be an issue. "
