"Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great"

"House was amazing, Santa came past Kulang Lodge on Christmas Eve in a fire truck before we went to the Hunter Valley Christmas Lights. We didn't use the much anticipated 'Games Room' as no air-conditioning or refrigerator. Overall a beautiful well laid out home for a Christmas family gathering. wonderful clean"

"The property itself was great however I don't think I would book again. The open ceilings are not practical for a houseful of people trying to sleep when you can hear everything in all rooms. There were "caretakers" onsite on Saturday night drinking and playing pool in the shed which is in the driveway. They were perfectly nice when one of our male occupants went over to see what the noise was, but if I was there with just women I would have felt uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a...
