The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and hot tub—our kids absolutely loved splashing around, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The area was clean, well-maintained, and never felt overcrowded. Breakfast each morning was a wonderful start to the day, with plenty of delicious options to satisfy everyone in the family. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the fresh, hot selections. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family to relax. "The hotel in General is clean, and tye rooms are larger. My sink didnt want to drain very fast and the toilet you had to flulush 2 times sometimes as it would appear to be pugged and then the second flush it would flush."

"This is my second stay at the Ramada which is very convenient, off the 401, clean, not expensive, had a pool, the rooms were good. It is a good, clean, nice place to stay for an overnight when I needed to be in the area."

"Timber house is situated close to the lake in a quiet natural setting. The hosts were truly exceptional starting with a delicious breakfast cooked to order. I loved the carrot muffins and french toast. My car broke down in the parking lot and the host was able to connect me with the help I needed. I highly recommend Timber House for a retreat close to quaint friendly towns and nice restaurants. "
