"This place was immaculately clean upon arrival! The cabin is very comfortable with everything you might need for your stay. We really loved the surrounding area and the absolutely stunning views! Not too far from Winthrop so that you can do some winter activities. Beware of winter visits because the drive up to the cabin is extremely steep and very slippery!! Chains are needed and extreme caution. "

It’s about a 10 min drive down into Pateros, so there’s really nothing around. be prepared before you head up to the house if you need to grab any provisions. Also road is not lit at night. "I noticed some bad reviews ahead of my stay which were solely related to cleanliness of the home and the hot tub. I had an important trip with friends and family booked as a surprise to my newly engaged fiance, and was hoping to have those issues resolved prior to arrival. I reached out 3 weeks in advance with my concerns and was promptly notified everything will be handled for my stay, which wasn’t the case. We cleaned the glassware ourselves which was no big deal, but of course the hot tub was...

"Beautiful home. Gorgeous scenery. We brought steaks to grill, only to find that there was no propane. Sent a message but no reply. Also, we only had two small kitchen garbage bags. There were no others in the whole house. Limited amount of towels and there was no coffee for the coffee pot. Normally coffee is provided."
