"I enjoyed our stay- our room was comfortable and the staff were nice. Room was plenty clean. For dinner, it was about a 20 minute walk to a sushi restaurant where we got takeout. A pleasant stay, in all."

"Check in / front desk staff are fantastic. That said with a dog we were placed in an empty building on the first floor with guests upstairs. The ceiling snaps and pops loudly with every movement upstairs. This keeps us annoyed / awake and causes our dog to bark. Premier property with the above, carpet from years ago, house keeping cleaning next door placed all of the bedding from the room next door on the ground in front of our door, room has a noisy brick bed, plastic disposable glasses like the cheapest of hotels, tiny TV with cables loosly running down the wall, holes in the wall from past art or ?, room was 55 degrees when we arrived, it took the evening to get it up to 71. Not pleased at all. If it wasnt a 5 hour drive we would leave and go home"

"Usually when I stay at the holiday inn Portland airport, I have worked all day and am going to catch an early flight. They provide shuttle service. They have a sign up sheet for the people catching the shuttle so you know where you are on the list. The staff is great at making sure those people who wrote their names down, they get on the shuttle first. I also like the fact I can get a drink and not have to goto a bar. They have good food and good service. Drinks are quality drinks ."

The restaurants served delicious meals, the pool was a hit with everyone, and the service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in every way. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially the treehouse experience. It’s a one-of-a-kind stay that will leave you with cherished memories. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and book a stay—you won’t regret it!"

"The pool ground is rough, and it is easy to scratch yourself. Please put tiles around the pool. The Room was great and big. The breakfast was decent, but the eating room was so small and very crowded in the morning. Parking was ok. "
