"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...

"We chose this location because of its proximity with Mt. Vitosha that we wanted to hike on. The apparthotel complex is very modern and functional. Inside we had a big living room with 2 sofas and everything for kitchen. There is a huge frige. The bedroom was nice and the beds comfortable.Everything squeaky clean. "I booked the Hotel included the Breakfast, but the Hotel didn't give me breakfast, even they didn't have the any place for Breakfast. As far as the Hotel is not near shopping area, there is no restaurant nearby to take Breakfast. The restaurant of the Hotel, open at 11:00 this my bad Experience."
