There are not a lot of recent reviews for this location and some things seem to have been updated. 1) This is an apartment and not a hotel. It has a kitchen and washer/dryer available for use (both of which were very helpful). There is a 2nd bedroom that is locked off and used by the owner's adult son during the day. However, we only saw him once and this was not an issue for us as our bedroom and private bathroom had a lock for...

"This lovely room was in a perfect location close to many points of interest, including the Anne Frank House. Plenty of terrific cafes, pubs, bakeries, and restaurants nearby as well. Their roof top level was a great place to enjoy a drink and snack while looking at and listening to the Westerkerk Church. Book it if it’s available!"
