"The property is gorgeous inside! Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Delia was a great host. The location is ideal to see old town and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was our first time visiting the area and it was perfect place to stay to see the main highlights. We took the train to Monaco for a day and that was very easy to do. I would definitely recommend this property."

"The location is unequalled! The living room overlooks the Promenade des Anglais on floor 1 (floor above the ground floor). The kitchen, dining and living form a great room w lots of light and ventilation. The bedrooms have windows but no real view. There was plenty of room for 2 of us, but we used all of the rooms for dressing and storage."

The problems we had included not receiving any check in instructions and we had difficulties finding the building and then again finding the unit. The apartment was also not in the safest area. "The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit. "
