"2nd story, aged stone 3 bedroom farm cottage reached over EXTREMELY POT HOLED LANE off the main B-road. Our back-injured son suffered 3 painful entries and exits. Suggest (at least) 'leveling' with lorry-load(s) of gravel. Myself, my wife and adult son stayed 2 nights. This was our 42nd Wedding Anniversary trip and a "Happy Anniversary" banner was up for us in the livingroom. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."
