"This property was clean but definitely had wear and tear! Neighborhood was very quiet for middle of college town. Management had good communication until I requested the code for door and specific address. They must have issues with people showing up early. I received a message asking me to reach out to them for the code, I did. 4 hours later they sent the code to me, which happened to be after 4pm which was checkin. "

"The suite is in a great location and it well laid out. The host was very accommodating and responsive. However the cleaning & maintenance protocol needs improvement. "

"I was traveling to College Station for a wedding and booked this cottage for my stay. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Even though you were in town, it didn’t feel like it. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The cottage had the cutest decor and was absolutely perfect! The home had all the charm of the original historic houses built in that error but with all the right updating -- new HVAC and bathroom fixtures etc. The beds and linens were super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into that area which to me in a stay away from your own bed is most important. Convenience to campus does not get any better unless you are staying on campus - very convenient. We will stay here again for sure."
