"This place is near our daughter's school so that's the biggest plus. It's nothing fancy in fact it's just ok. The staff is helpful and our room always looks clean. They have a bare bones basic breakfast so if you're just one person or two you can save on breakfast. We've stayed there several times and we get a good, quiet and restful sleep. No complaints here."

"When we checked in our neighbor had a barking dog, we contacted the front desk and they got us a new room within 15 mins. The rooms were not anything fancy but were very clean and comfortable. We reallt enjoyed our stay and will be going back the next time we are in town."

"The property is unique (fun to watch the episode on Fixer Upper) and met our needs for an overnight stay and place to chill after graduation ceremony. Note that parking is limited and house is on a busy street. It’s an older home (despite the remodel) so there are expected signs of age. Note there are two steps into the main living area (which was a hardship for two of our guests)."
