"A night's stay in Leamington for £48 with breakfast is fabulous value. The check in was seamless and friendly. The room and bathroom were small but perfectly serviceable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was small but very welcome after a night out! The bar below the rooms was very busy. Fortunately my room wasn't directly over the bar but I imagine it could be noisy. There is a public car park close by costing £3 for 24 hours. For the price, I wouldn't hesitate in staying again. "

"I arrived early and my room wasn't ready but I was offered free coffee and cake in a very comfortable lounge. When I did get into my room I was extremely pleased. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous hospitality tray and full-sized, good-quality toiletries. The dining room is like a huge school dining room with long tables geared towards communal dining. I was traveling alone and felt more comfortable eating in the bar area. "Lovely room but lacked plug sockets near the bed for phone charging. Shower tepid and bath blocked. Only used it before leaving so reported it on checkout. Staff very attentive."
