"We stayed there for a week in January and absolutely loved it. The front desk reception allowed us to check in early (we arrived just after 12pm from New Zealand so we’d been up quite early). The room was nice and clean, had all the facilities we needed. There are lots of yummy restaurants close by, and the public bus stops are just down the road. We really enjoyed the river walk as well. It’s close enough to South Bank yet its price is a very reasonable. Overall it’s been a very enjoyable...

"Great location in a nice old building. Despite central location, not noisy. Basic cooking facilities which were in good order. Bed comfortable. Only disappointment was no onsite Gym and pool which you had to go over to George St and even there pool was closed. Would definitely stay again. "

"After staying here last year , which was unpleasant My husband and I stayed decided to give Oaks Casino Towers a second chance. We stayed for 2 nights, 29th January to 31st January, we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Wow, we booked a one bedroom river view and informed reception how disappointing our last stay was. To our amazement we weee given a 2 bedroom, river view apartment. This was an exceptional apartment, spotless, quiet and the views were incredible....

"We stayed in three bedroom two bathroom apartment with a view back towards the city and the river. The view was amazing. We were on the 12th floor and could see right across to the casino. The Ferris wheel and at night the lights were enchanted. The apartment itself had everything that you would require For kitchen even a laundry so perfect for a weekend away or longer. It was a great location for going to a show, which is what we had done. I’m a bit disappointment with the spa not working...

"City views were great, walk to the city or along Southbank. Nice sauna, gym and the pool is a decent size. All in all the apartment was nice just the hot water for early morning shower was lacking. "
