"I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat. "

"Everything was ok, except there was no coffee/tea machine in the rooms. I asked for hot water and paid for it! Also, one of the three elevators was out of order for several days, and due to the large number of passengers, we waited a long time for the elevators."
