Whether we encountered them at the front desk, in the food service area, or just walking down the hallways, every staff member was warm, friendly and very professional. The rooms were clean and smelled of fresh linen. We didn't get a chance to try the evening meals but thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning of our stay. In every way imaginable, Prado exceeded our expectations. Prado is our hotel of choice now for every visit to Jackson. "
