When I travel I choose hotels that have a pool. I like to exercise after sitting in a car all day. The swimming pool at this holiday in was so cold, you couldn’t get in. It’s not right that I picked this hotel so that I could swim, but wasn’t able to.

The suite that I was in had spider webs and broken a/c unit in my room. The staff was rude on so many occasions. The breakfast was not good at all.

Turned the covers back and found three long hairs on the sheets. Maybe they just made it through the wash. Stayed two nights and did not get the room restock we were promised. Had to call for coffee pod replacement and made do with the remaining linen. No big deal, but, you know… The room was nice and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Check-in was friendly and quick. The room was clean, modern, and large. Several breakfast choices were set up, and we ate in a nice seating area. It was perfect for a one-night stay on a road trip.
