They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... "

"First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed.
