"Lodge was adequate for our needs as a base for two day trips to Alton Towers. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were great but the living areas and kitchen need some upgrades as the sofas and dining chairs very uncomfortable due to over use. The kitchen was adequate - however the hob didn’t work the oven wasn’t easy to use and there was a dishwasher which was listed so we didn’t bring tablets for that and don’t expect to find a dish cloth to clean or wash dishes."

Check out time is 9am so if we were to return, I think it would have to be for a minimum of two nights as 9am is pretty early so we didn’t even have time for breakfast before we had to clean up and check out.
