"We enjoyed our stay at Henry's very much. The room was clean, well kept and convenient to the central part of Oxford. There are only 4 rooms, and no desk or staff on site, but we called the number with questions and a real person answered and was very helpful. This stay was close to the train station and very centrally located for touring Oxford or finding good pubs. "

Staff at Conifers lovely and go that extra mile to help. Sorted out a taxi for us when we needed one urgently and got them to prioritise us. They were great. They also do breakfast. "We stayed for just one night in the way home from London over Xmas and the room was small but very modern and warm we stayed in room 3 but unfortunately the from door was very noisey when people coming in and out as it had to be banged and also the people upstairs seemed to have been walking a lot and the floor boards were very creaky. I did inform the owner and I’m sure he will look into this. It’s a lovely area very quaint but very quiet with only a pub across the road which was fine to eat...

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
