"We reached out to ask how to check in and the mgr upgraded us to a second floor unit with a better view. With no front desk to check in, it took me a little bit to find the stairwell to the 2nd floor, and the code worked. The property mgr was very responsive. We didn't use the amenities bc it was a quick stay for thanksgiving with family down the street.
