"Overall a good place to stay, great location to get to the French Quarter, Garden District, Superdome. Property is 2 levels so you can spread out. Could be a little cleaner, bathroom tile needs scrubbed and there is dirt/grime on some bedroom and hallway walls. Very quiet spot, couldn’t hear anything from other units in the building."

"Location is great and mostly walkable to anywhere you want to go, tho it abuts some not-great areas so be careful which direction you walk. The front door was broken but fixed very quickly once reported. The ceiling fan and lighting in primary suite is strange and all-or-nothing so you can’t sleep with just the fan on and no lights but otherwise all was perfect! "

"This property was great. It is 1/2 block off Bourbon St., so it’s in the heart of the action and conveniently located near everything. However, with that comes the madness of Bourbon St that basically goes on throughout the entire night into early morning. If noise bothers you, you will have a hard time sleeping in this property. Bring earplugs and you may not need other sleep aids. "

"On first glance, the property looked fine. However, it was dirty and noisy. It’s a second floor unit with another property on the third floor; we could hear people in the upstairs and next door units clear into the middle of the night, and there was tremendous noise every time someone used the stairs. The front door had a sketchy lock, and there was a 1.5” gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. None of us slept well the three nights we were there. The floor was so disgustingly dirty...

"The property was great. It was convenient, had all of the amenities you could possibly want, including a balcony. It was clean and everything was in good shape. Location wise, super close to the Quarter, but not caught up in the chaos. There were a number of really good restaurants close by, a great neighborhood dive bar, and a nice little bodega for the essentials. Will definitely stay there again."
