"It was the trip of a lifetime and our host, Jo, could not have been more fantastic! Attentive and knowledgeable about everything we needed. A perfect place for visiting the entire area. We stayed 5 weeks and had a total of 39 people stay during that time. Everyone loved the house. A perfect place for celebrating with family and friends. Jo suggested Chef Celine for special meals in the house and she was amazing. I did not want to leave. A truly magical place!"

The communication from the owner was poor, with no communication until just before arriving, and no instructions left for running the house. This then became an issue when we left. "This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Hotel in great location. Walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Had to use public parking but was close by. Hotel is well presented with friendly and helpful staff. Had co-joined rooms with only complaint being couldn’t turn off hallway light between. Skipped breakfast with numerous breakfast spots close by hotel. Would definitely recommend as the appearance and facilities hard to beat "
