"The property is ok as compared with other Hyatt we’ve been to. The pool is supposed to be “heated “ but not really and it was still cold as ice. The jacuzzi that we looked forward to using doesn’t even make bubbles enough to massage our sore bodies. Overall staff service is OK. Nothing really special for a Hyatt. One night is good. Maybe someday we’ll be back but chances are very slim."
