"The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable. "

"The various people who were at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful throughout my trip. I speak enough French to get around, but everyone was fluent in English which made communication easy. My room was really lovely! A full kitchen including a refrigerator, a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower with rain showerhead and even a narrow balcony with a small cafe table and chairs (i stepped onto the balcony but didn't sit at the table.) "We got exactly what we expected with this hotel. It was basic & clean. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels with staff available on the desk all times if needed. A metro station a hundred yards down the road gave easy access into central Paris & a wealth of cafe/restauraunts between us and the Sacre Coeur some 15 min walk away. My only gripe was there were no hot drink facilities in the room… but there was a coffee machine outside the lift lobby on reception. Overall thought we got what we...
