" We loved this location for the quiet, picturesque lane, fishing off the dock, and a yard that backs up to a huge field with deer. We had our grandsons with us and it was perfect for them and very safe. We also enjoyed S’mores and beautiful sunsets from the huge front deck as the sun dipped into the lake. The cottage is well equipped and the owner reached out immediately with helpful information. She also made sure the kayaks were ready to go and placed outside for us when we arrived....

"Overall was perfect for what we needed. Only complaints/suggestions are: Garage door lock was a bit of a pain, the heater in garage never got above 50 degrees so was too cold to be in there and enjoy pool table. The heater or water softener or water heater is very noisy so whoever sleeps in master suggest bringing ear plugs. Also the skylight in the room if sunny bounces off wood wall straight into your face, so if you like it dark in morning have mask too. Feel is probably a better summer...

"We wanted a quick weekend get-away to do some kayaking and this cabin was perfect. Great location, clean cabin, relaxing time with everything we needed. We rented cabin 2 with the big picnic table in the enclosed porch and it was a great place to study the lake map (provided by host), have our morning coffee, and watch the parade of boat lights after dark. John and Paula even went above and beyond to recommend a great resource when we had car trouble. This place is a great find!"
