"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place. Thank you."

"Really great location. The rooms are small but I highly recommend staying here if you don’t plan on being in your room for most of your trip. We walked to our freedom trail tour, Fenway park, little Italy and didn’t have to use our rental car. House keeping was really nice and cleaned our rooms daily. We’d stay here again. "

"Amazing 3 night seat at The Langham. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quieter area of Boston but it’s still really easy to get to the main attractions. The hotel was excellent and the pool and amenities were top class."
