"I made a last-minute booking at the Boscombe Spa Hotel. The owner was welcoming, which set the tone for a pleasant stay. My room and bathroom were both clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The full English breakfast was great and a great way to start the day. There were a couple of minor issues: the Netflix didn’t work during my stay, and the bathroom radiator seemed to be out of order. Neither was a huge deal, but they were a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a lovely stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone by one simple and important fact about how dirty the toilet was very dirty, had to go shop and buy bleach to clean it before using or allowing my kids to use it, as I was cleaning the toilet there was food pieces ( looked like vomit ) it was just bad for a hotel standard. Staff was really welcoming and friendly loved that. "
