"I booked this property for myself and family of 6 and we stayed comfortably with ages ranging from 9 yrs old to 73. I found the location to be perfect positioning for a base to tour the island from. I would suggest having a vehicle or reliable taxi service as the centre of Ochie is only 5 minutes away but realistically 20 mins walking down hill from the door. We loved the complex the property is in. The security to get in is tight and also polite but this leaves you with a real sense of safety...

"We had a fabulous time at Brown Shuggah Villa. We were 6 Adults and three children under 3, multi generations and it worked perfectly. The garden was lovely and fenced so no one was escaping! "This is so far the best place I rented in Jamaica - it's close to Ocho Rios and kinda in the middle of the country so you could go anywhere you want. The house is just as described and as you see it in the pictures - very nice, convenient, equipped with everything you may need, even for cooking. Communicating with the host was easy and breezy.
