"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

"I travel often to Jamaica - staying at different villas and this stay was beyond expectations. The villa is even more beautiful than the pictures depict. Staff here is extremely hospitable and professional. Clayton the butler was friendly, always available when needed and accommodating to every request - morning or night. Chef Shellane was spectacular. Her meals were delicious and she had a joyful friendly attitude. My stay here was beyond expectations and I hope to return here again in the near...

"This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. There were only two things that I did not like: access to even the closest restaurant, and Country Store was worse part as we had to walk the busy Jamaican street and do so without sidewalk. It...

"We had a great vacation. We travel to Jamaica every year and decided to stay at this property. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing. "Set up for kids in the snack bar around the kids pool. Very accessible for children's food and for sure the hotel knows kids food preferences!! Front desk staff very kind and helpful with all questions! Pier 8 restaurant was excellent, service, food! Loved it! The room was very clean and housekeeping service kept organized and changed towels everyday!! Buffet was not as expected for this 5 star-4 diamonds hotel and staff service at the buffet was not as good as beach and pool service. Buffet can improve service. Still, Moon Palace Jamaica was a dream that came true!! Thank you!"
