"1 night stay as part of a longer holiday. Stayed previously at the Cally Palace and had a great stay. The room was well appointed in a quiet area of the hotel and was very comfortable with views towards the woods at the rear of the hotel. We had an evening meal which was very enjoyable, our table being close to an open log fire. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the A75 but is far enough away that there is no noise from passing traffic. The breakfast was good, there being plenty of choice...

"Birthday getaway. Plenty of free parking. Surtounded by nice historic buildings and park land. (Ex psychiatric hospital wards) but actual hotel is a new build. Food was fine and room was clean, warm and quiet. Dog friendly although we didn't have one."

"This is a lovely hotel, with charm and character. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were cozy, clean and warm, which was great as it was freezing outside! The bathroom also clean and in good condition - the shower was great! The location was also better than we thought - we were able to get to other lakes and towns, a shopping outlet and even the coast within 30-60min drive. "Very nice hotel, beautiful interior and well kept and clean. Superior room was lovely and very spacious. Nice welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits. "A fabulous place to stay. Creetown is beautiful and the accommodation is friendly, safe, and spotlessly clean, as well as being very comfortable. It is also fantastic value. With a very comfy bed, great shower, free tea and coffee and a TV in the bedroom, this was a superb place in which to stay and unwind after a long day's travel. The manager is a lovely gentleman and was very helpful. I will look forward to staying here again soon "

"It was an ideal place for my husband and I, and our 2 dogs after being in the area for an Off roading event. The food was lovely and the staff super helpful, including offering to make numerous other event guests a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving early. Thank you to all the staff. "

"We booked this B&B pretty much last minute without checking the reviews but it wouldn't have put us off as everyone and their expectations are different. Our room was pretty big that a kingsize bed would have easily fit in. The bed was comfortable. After a few hours, we realised how thin the walls were as we could hear other guests in their rooms as though they were in ours with us. "Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part. "
