My husband has a dietary condition and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make him food that he could enjoy even though it wasn’t on the menu. The hotel staff went out of their way to be pleasant and make this an extremely enjoyable stay. Barry in the restaurant went above and beyond. He is an exceptional member of staff. "

"Stayed one night in triple room on road trip around Dumfries & Galloway. Room clean and comfortable with a microwave and fridge a bonus. Only negative was lack of electric sockets, although this was not really problematic. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and with a good cooked breakfast. Parking was also easy. Would stay again."

"We had a really lovely short break. This cottage has everything you could need (no WiFi but we weren't fussed). Beautiful views over the beach, with nice big garden for the dogs to run around in. I honestly couldn't fault it.Hopefully we will be back again soon!"
