Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry.
