"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "All the staff were wonderful, so welcoming, in particular, Bart, the young Dutchman, who was incredibly professional and polite and who could not have done more to help us with several queries; he should be in management as he is obviously very intelligent and brilliantly polite."

"The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful. The area is surrounded by restaurants. It has good transport links and serval places were in walking distance. The only thing I would like to improve is the breakfast there isn’t much of a selection so there isn’t really a point in paying for it. "
