"Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst...

"My teenage daughter and I spent 4 days in Nice and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach/promenade, there are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach, and walking to the old town/main shopping streets takes 10 minutes.There was everything we needed in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. "The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the boulevard. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The apartment looked a little tired but understandable due to the age of the building. Some repairs are needed (a window latch was broken) but for the value the apartment was superb. We wwould definitely consider staying again when returning to beautiful Nice."
