"I arrived at the property quite late and was given my room key reasonably quickly but I got into the room to see that a skylight had been left open and the room was freezing. I closed the skylight but there were no heating controls anywhere apart from a towel rail in the bathroom. There was a ventilation fan that seemed to be blowing cold air into the room.
