"Quick and easy spot to the BigE. Outside doesn't look like much but neighbors are friendly and the apartment is very nicely done and well taken care of with all needs addressed. Host was very responsive to all questions! Read the check in details, but Owner is super helpful if you don't (like my parents lol). Thanks for a great stay!"

"The apartment was very nice and roomy. Perfect size for our needs. Although the listing did show/state stair access required, I thought it was a two story with bedrooms upstairs. My elderly father whom we came out to visit had a very difficult time climbing stairs. Had some trouble with the code upon arrival but contacted host and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall house was clean with minimum issues. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again....

"Very clean first-floor apartment, as described in the listing. The location was great, very close to downtown Northampton but in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the main bed had a pretty bad dip in the middle (a foam mattress), so if you have any back issues this will not feel great. The second (twin) bed is fine. However, good beds are never guaranteed anywhere you stay. Otherwise, everything in the apartment functioned as it should, and everything was very clean....
