"Stayed here for a conference at the convention centre and couldn't have picked a better spot. The convention centre is conveniently attached to the hotel by a walkway making it easy access with the unpredictable Melbourne weather. The club lounge access was definitely worth getting and the barista made coffee was great in addition to the club food options which were delicious and fresh. The Club was also very spacious and child-free after 5pm which made it pleasant to catch up on work and relax with some wine after the conference with amazing views of the city. Plentiful alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages to choose from including cocktail specials each day. The Club had a relaxing vibe to it and was the perfect option for relaxing while traveling solo on a work trip. Appreciated the room upgrade too. Professional check in staff and lovely porters. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, especially if I was down in Melbourne for a conference at the convention centre."

"Fabulous stay. Great service at reception, easy parking. Difficult to reach by phone, difficult to connect to housekeeping and room service via phone. Having said that reception did eventually call me back. I would stay at the Olsen again. Great location. "
