"This property is just okay...we checked in, took one look at the room, came back on Expedia, booked another room and left the key on the counter, all within 10 minutes of arriving at the "hotel". This place is very misrepresented on Expedia and it is cute and serene, but not for us. Upon walking in, it's a cute, cozy "living room" with a fireplace and the guy that checked us in was friendly (and shoeless...odd...). He personally walked us up to our room and told us about dinner. "First time at Bolton and I am very impressed. Nice cozy inn at the lifts. Place is well cared for and you can tell that whoever is running this place has things under control. There was a major water main break which is obviously a disaster but the inn was extremely responsible and communicative. Free bottled water, great signage and a letter under the door at 2am. Everyone took it in stride and we had a great day of skiing. This place has such a positive vibe. Rooms are nice, big screen tv,...
