"This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"

"I was a bit uneasy about the "no-front desk" feature because we had 2 rooms and the online check-in was somewhat glitchy. Upon arrival, we were greeted and all was straightened out with ease.
