"Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

"This was for me a new experience with a hotel without frontdesk but everything is arranged by virtual check-in. There is no breakfast service but you can access a dining room, there is a coffee machine and fridges with sandwiches and soft drinks. The room was super nicely renovated, everything was good and I had a good stay. "

It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. "The hotel was very nice with great accommodations and staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had. Check in was a little confusing because there was nobody at reception when I arrived and entrance is the same as the restaurant right next to it without a clear sign, but I realized later that this was because it is a small shop and staff are taking on multiple roles throughout the day. However responses to any questions via email were answered very promptly...
