"Everyone at the front desk was wonderful during our stay - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the common area was clean and always had water with lemons available. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've had! The only negative (and it is brand-wide as we've stayed at Aloft properties in other cities) is the large sliding bathroom door. If there is any misalignment at all it causes a gap in the door and the way it is laid out does not provide much sound...

While getting breakfast I thought it was unprofessional for the front desk staff to speak negative on guest and say their room number's in a very loud manner.
