"Best Western Historic in Williamsburg is lovely. It is only a 12 minute walk from Colonial Williamsburg and the area is quite pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well designed to support the traveler with a small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast is delicious and quite hearty. There is something for everyone. I always choose Best Western when I travel because I know I will find a safe, clean, comfortable space run by people who genuinely care about their customers. There is a reason”best” is part of the name of the hotels and it shows."

"Check In was super simple, quick, and easy. My stay was a blast. The sheets were clean, the towels were clean. The AC also works amazingly well in the rooms."

"Everything about this hotel was excellent!! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean and modern. Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly and competent. Located in a very convenient area for access to all local attractions. If all Holiday Inn Express hotels are this good, I will always book them!"

"Nice hotel, but went off-season, parking lot wide open and my card was charged for parking without being notified in advance. The restaurant was closed and no available amenities during stay. Check in girl was eating subway and texting on her phone and barely acknowledged us. "

"Great stay. Friendly staff. Nice that it was walking distance to CW. I especially liked the louvered (slotted) door in addition to the main door at the room. It was comfortable outside so we could leave the main door open and close the louvered letting air in but still have privacy. People from the outside can't tell if your main door is open."
