"The home and location are very nice and as described. The reason I am ranking only 3-stars is because the house was very hot when we arrived. We turned the AC to 71 degrees, yet the WYZE thermostat kept remotely changing to 79 degrees. It was about 95 degrees outside, so we couldn’t find any relief from the heat. I contacted the owner a couple of times about the temp changing and was told “Sorry! We’re out of town”. Ultimately, the thermostat shut off completely. We tried to turn it back on with...

"My husband and I loved our visit. The home was so clean (a big deal for me), well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and the whole home is so spacious. The community is quiet and peaceful and views of the river are just spectacular. We will definitely visit again. "

"Overall the stay was amazing! Highly recommend pizza from Deltapie, desserts were also amazing we got pumpkin cheesecake and the cannoli. Dinner at The Table is a must! Food and atmosphere were just wonderful. We also ate at Tap and Raw bar, casual local spot. Loved the house, the area was quiet and the view from the water was simply amazing. Would recommend packing an extra blanket, the bed had a quilt and an extra blanket but it got pretty chilly so even with the heat on it wasnt quite enough....

"Great property right on Fishing Bay in Deltaville. House is spacious and has charm and updated rooms/baths and appliances. We appreciated the views and ability to sit outside on lawn or on porch. Upstairs rooms/area is amazing. We brought our small dog and we appreciated that. Although a few things weren't working like door keypad and one toilet, the owner had those fixed as soon as possible. We'll be back!"

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the be humble cottage. I don't think pictures can even do this property or neighborhood justice. We were so excited to walk inside and see a beautifully decorated cottage. Our hosts were so diligent in making sure to have an entire binder full of things to do and recommendations all around town. I wish our stay was longer but we are now customers for life for the Bee Humble cottage and community. "

""The Point" was extremely well appointed and had all that anyone could need and more. It was clean and neat. The view was very nice. Dave and Lauren, the owners, were good communicators. The place had good DirecTV service and many channels. The wifi was good. Plenty of hot water for our sizeable group. We were very comfortable at "The Point" and recommend it to all."
