"Location location. This hotel is walkable to everything in Candelaria. Lots of food and shops close by. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is great. If it’s in your budget try booking the 4th floor rooms - they have great patios. If not the shared terrazzo is wonderful for sunset. I’d stay here again"

"The Dann was a very good value, for us. We had a big, clean room with a good view. The hotel felt very secure. The location was a bit gritty and noisy, as should be expected, making the Dann a nice, quiet oasis. The breakfast was appreciated."

"I said at this hotel for a solo business trip. I was there for three weeks in a deluxe apartment and it was very comfortable and I also feel very safe. I love the 24 hour reception and security. I also love the location, which is right on Avenida Jimenez so whenever I walk out, there are well lit streets and people around."

Santa Lucia Hotel Boutique Spa

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (190)
"The building is really nice and staff are very helpful. Location of the hotel is very convenient although it is in a street that needs to be maintained. If you are staying during the weekend beware of a street market that happens every Sunday morning and they start setting up early, very noisy outside during the weekend, other than that the room was really spacious (got room 1) and really clean. Apartaestudios La Candelaria

3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (20)
"A beautiful house in the heart of la Candelaria. The lady attending us was very kind and helpful. The only thing is their check-in time is 4-5pm. Otehrwise you need to get in touch with the host. They charge 15000 COP for late check-in. But it's still great value for the price. I recommend it! :) "
