"The front desk took my card about 4 times to have a card on record and then at 4 AM when I had to leave they said I hadn't paid. Isn't that what a card for incidentals is for?"

"We usually enjoy staying here. We did have problems with our last stay. The hotel allows dogs and there were many. A few doors down from ours there were multiple dogs that barked for hours! We called and complained but there wasn’t much that could be done. The dog’s owners were not to be found. Their current position on dogs makes us reconsider staying here in the future. "

"Food was great, room clean , staff nice , this hotel offers some family activities such is nice but around the cabins the grass, yard hallways need more attention they're need a new restoration. It doesn't matter if this hotel rise price but offer instead better amenities. Something looks really old and careless."

"Very nice people, fantastic location, everything is possible in the hotel, from free bikes, sauna, diner and laundry. Keep up the good work!!"

"Everything was ok. However, kitchen close early and there are no options for a midnight snack. There were plenty of options for breakfast but they were cold and had to constantly asking food availability."

"Well off the beaten path. If your looking for a get away from the main road, city lights, traffic, car horns, police, the homeless, THiS is the place for you. It’s Not 5-star experience but it is a bit of a Shangrila and a 3-star hotel with a nice hardworking staff, The swimming pools and views of the nearby mountains are amazing. Reserve 2-3 nights or have a Family get together or celebration here. It’s ideal .finally the price is extremely economic for what you get."

"La piscina está genial, es grande y limpia. Desayunamos huevos revueltos con pan, café y un jugo delicioso. El espacio en el cuarto es un poco reducido y no hay lugar para colgar la ropa, pero es aseado y fresco. Excelente lugar en relación calidad-precio"

"After communicating with hotel letting them know I would be arriving late, and they acknowledged that I would be late.. when I arrived they had given my room away. The person that answered the door was kind enough to call a different hotel and get us a room.. I do appreciate that very much or the rating would be much lower. "

"Bad hotel. Very dirty, bathroom full of mold. There is only one person doing all the duties, from checking, guard, desk person, taking care of the la gage. We arrived at 4:00pm, and the room was not ready, we need to wait until 5:00pm. Not recommend."

"Peace and quiet unique nature paradise on earth❤️Superb service and exquisite fresh food made deliciously with a lot of love❤️The Spa is out this world and the property grounds are amazing to say the least😍Highly recommended for a well deserved retreat and selflove gift❤️"
