"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

Then we received a complementary upgrade to a 4 poster bed room with a balcony which was gorgeous! The lady who checked us in was super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Coffee bags and tea avaliable (biscuits would've been nice). Breakfast was excellent and made to order. "We have stayed here a few times over the years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Alex and Mark are the nicest couple and can't do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with lots of nice little touches. The breakfast is delicious with locally sourced produce and they even have an electric car charger which meant we didn't have to stop on the journey home. A beautiful property....5 star!"

"Lovely, quiet place to stay. Accommodation was clean and modern. Plenty of wood supplied for the log burner. Thank you to Jules & Chris for the wine and chocolates on arrival. Plenty to do in the area. A must is a walk through to the vineyard for some wine tasting (especially on a lovely sunny day). Ledbury and Malvern are close by and there are also a number of pubs and restaurants not too far away.Would highly recommend The Coach House and we will return if we come to the area again."
