The owner took my money, then locked the gate and did not respond to phone calls when we arrived, so there was no way in. There's no doorbell or any other way to alert the front desk when you arrive, so I was stranded outside with my wide and small children in an unfamiliar neighborhood in a country where we did not speak the language. "We arrive late, they could not find our reserve, the bed was smaller than reserved. There was not drinking water in the room (they provided later after claim it). The watchman was always with a gun (I really don't like this). There was not water in the bathroom in the morning."
