"Our family of four stayed here for our Spring Break trip and we had a wonderful time. We really liked how the second bedroom had two separate beds as my teenagers are adult-size and do not want to share a bed. It was also nice having a second bathroom, because, again teenage girls need their time and space to get ready. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use for meals that we had at home. We enjoyed being able to snorkel right off the property, though we were intimidated at first, but then realized that the ocean waves can vary throughout the day. The location is terrific because it's close to so much. It was a quick drive to Seven Mile Beach when we wanted to do more of a beach day than a snorkel day. We were able to use the pool area for a quick night Easter egg hunt without any issues. The home is well stocked with beach gear, including chairs, coolers, pool noodles and some toys, which came in handy. We would definitely visit again!"

"A perfect little condo for two. Very updated & well-appointed with nice fridge, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher. Also has access to washer/dryer onsite. Bed was very firm & comfortable. Beautiful shower. Condo was clean & quiet other than minor road noise. The pool is stunning & views are great! Literally just steps from the water, but direct access into the water is challenging. Very rocky. But beach is right next door. Only negatives were lack of info on location of washer/dryer & access (we had to ask for code), the icemaker in freezer doesn't work & no ice cube trays were provided, balcony has no direct access to pool (you have to go out back door & around), and there was no outdoor furniture provided on balcony (only one set of chairs for all the apartments). Drying areas for clothes, etc. would also be nice to have, considering what most people are doing while staying there. And a cooler to take to beach should also be provided. Just minor things that could make a wonderful stay even better! "

"From the moment we walked through the front door to see straight through to the other side of the condo to the pool and ocean, we knew we were truly on vacation. The owner and his hospitality team/house manager made us feel welcome and were very responsive (not that we had a single problem while here!). This property is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The surrounding neighborhood is being developed, you can tell it’s likely to be the newest popular destination In the Caymans. But for now, it’s peaceful, beautiful. Conveniences like a supermarket are nearby but you need A taxi, car rental or delivery. Taxis are plentiful and friendly. To us, taking taxis everywhere was less expensive than a rental (and safer than learning to drive here)! Macabuca and Cracked conch restaurants are literally steps from here. Both great restaurants, different vibes. We enjoyed Cemetary beach, and Governors beach and a pool day right outside our door. We can’t wait to come back!! "

"This 3 story condo was just as advertised! Cute, spacious and had everything we needed! The 2 pools were wonderful and the grounds were beautiful! A very short walk down to the water and snorkeling right off the property! Would definitely stay here again! The host and property manager were both amazing! So responsive and helpful!"

"Expected a small, traditional island condo but was surprised by this spacious 2bdrm w/ 2 full baths, plus a huge backyard. High-end materials used throughout this condo screamed luxury. Kitchen had the electric water kettle, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, stove top kettle, blender, toaster, and what have you. External exhaust fan made it easy to cook inside, if not charcoal grilling on the backyard. Comfy memory foam mattresseses helped to recover after dives, snorkeling, and swimming. Three large screen TV's and fast Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Fosters supermarket (Whole Foods and Wegmans alike quality) 10min by car. Cost-U-Less (a smaller version of Costco w/ no membership) 15min by car. Off beaten path public beaches on the Seven Mile row 10min by car. All public car parking on the island is free. There are a few choices for a nearby waterfront nights out, from GF asian VIVO to Nova's mouthwatering wahyu burger. Offshore diving across the street @Turtle Reef, where Indepth Watersports dive shop offers anything and everything, including trimix and rebreathers, plus certs for those if needed. DiveTech nearby offers trimix and DPVs, which come handy in currents. 30min to South side diving with Off The Wall Divers during northern wind times. Out-of-pocket, apples-to-apples, this place is a better alternative to local hotels and a great choice for an action packed vaca."

"Such a nice hotel to stay in .. off of the main part of the island but still so close to everything. About 15 minutes from 7 mile beach and the main shopping areas. Very quiet and safe location, great diving dock if you have interest in that. Restaurant located at the bottom floor also! "
