Expected a small, traditional island condo but was surprised by this spacious 2bdrm w/ 2 full baths, plus a huge backyard. High-end materials used throughout this condo screamed luxury. Kitchen had the electric water kettle, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, stove top kettle, blender, toaster, and what have you. External exhaust fan made it easy to cook inside, if not charcoal grilling on the backyard. Comfy memory foam mattresseses helped to recover after dives, snorkeling, and swimming. Three large screen TV's and fast Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Fosters supermarket (Whole Foods and Wegmans alike quality) 10min by car. Cost-U-Less (a smaller version of Costco w/ no membership) 15min by car. Off beaten path public beaches on the Seven Mile row 10min by car. All public car parking on the island is free. There are a few choices for a nearby waterfront nights out, from GF asian VIVO to Nova's mouthwatering wahyu burger. Offshore diving across the street @Turtle Reef, where Indepth Watersports dive shop offers anything and everything, including trimix and rebreathers, plus certs for those if needed. DiveTech nearby offers trimix and DPVs, which come handy in currents. 30min to South side diving with Off The Wall Divers during northern wind times. Out-of-pocket, apples-to-apples, this place is a better alternative to local hotels and a great choice for an action packed vaca.
