"the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. "

"The place was great! Located on a quiet side street but still close to all Bluewell has to offer. Very clean and welcoming. The VRBO host, Sonya was terrific, she promptly responded to any questions and ensured everything was good during our stay. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to the Hatfield and McCoy trails"
